Gang - We've kind of hit a lull with organization, duties, recruitment, and a few other areas. I have every intention of making this FC the best damn FC on our server, let alone any other server - BUT I NEED YOUR HELP!!!! Please sign up for the following tasks that need to be done, some daily that only take seconds, some weekly/monthly that might take a bit more:

1. Actions - FC Daily buffs, activating and acquiring new ones. Two people should be on this and there should ALWAYS be TWO buffs active at all times

2. Recruitment - I'd like 2 people to help me with this. I regularly post on several websites, but time at work has been a bit harder lately. I'll need your email
address and I'll show you a few places I've used, how to word it, etc…

3. Social Committee - would like to go back to a monthly FC photo night, different days/times so we can get different people there. Themes, locations, pictures uploaded to site, all done by this committee. In addition to photo night, ideas like contests, treasure map hunts, and 4 WHM and 4 Pal Titan HM party without pants, things like that. Birthdays of FC mates, update website accordingly etc… and any new ideas you can come up with

4. Hunt Committee, link-shells, websites, misc hunting type things.

5. MIsc - anything else, suggestions box, new ideas, etc…

I'd be glad to join in the social committee stuff. You know I go nuts with the screenshots as it is. :)

I thought it might be fun to have some sort of screenshot contest. Either goofy things from in-game, or maybe something along the lines of the "Photoshop Wars" they do on Reddit, where someone uploads and screenshot and then everyone takes turns altering it in silly ways and uploading the result.

Lol, and I'm late on the contest idea, but I think Photoshop Wars could be fun as well.

"Battles." It's "Photoshop Battles." Argh. Anyway, I'm down for the Social Committee, although if we're a committee, we'll need at least a couple of other people. :)

If we have enough people interested that have open slots, we can have races. This is something we used to do in a very old MMO that I played, and I used to love. All characters are the same race and are n00bs - no speciallized gear / buffs /mounts allowed, so they're created just for the race (throw-away characters, basically), and they race through zones that are way too high level for them. This means that the race is a combination of making it through the zone quickly and figuring out how to avoid getting splatted repeatedly, since getting sent back to your spawn point slows you down.

We usually gave the winner an in-game item, like something neat that was crafted.

I understand that I'm a bit inexperienced, but you will find that I am proficient in over 13 different dialects of cow, and I have spent a full 36 minutes in an actual pasture conversing with cows of varying shades of brown and white (with black spots of course).

I'm making an info series entitled "Cap'n Bloode's Table Talks." Also, I just found out that the titles don't like apostrophes. Oy. :)
